Social Protection & HIV: Research Implications for Policy

UNICEF, in collaboration with Coalition member, Professor Lucie Cluver, recently produced six peer-reviewed articles on social protection and HIV in addition to briefs highlighting the research implications for policy. The documents are a result of ongoing programming and longitudinal research conducted by Oxford. While the context is South African, the programming and results are more broadly relevant and the briefs can to help guide policy dialogues at country and regional level. Learn more here.

The Coalition, in partnership with RIATT-ESA, UNICEF and Oxford University Press, recently hosted a webinar exploring these latest research findings and examining they might impact the design, funding and delivery of support to HIV-affected communities. A recording of this discussion is available here.
